Article 7, Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 of 30/6/2003 (Right of access to personal data and other rights)

1. The individual has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data

The individual has the right to obtain:
a) the indication about the origin of personal data;
b) identifying the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) indicating the logic applied in case of processing with the use of electronic instruments;
